Offered puppy for adoption for free, posting ad as from Vancouver only to reveal that he is in Winnipeg. Then he offers to ship it by courier company that he uses.. Asking you need to pay them... Next day he sends email telling you that he gave pet to courier and that they will send you an email with payment info. They call you right after you received email asking that you need to submit payment asap so they can put your pet on flight that is about to leave, asking to pay with Vanilla master gift card!

2My name is *** ****** I have been scammed by my personal identity as though I am someone important and I'm not able to explain the details because of safety.

These businesses including the ******* ***** may not be aware what's going on. They have provided safety for me here. The cards for security at the front door do not make me feel safe but there is a good quality lock on the door. PLz contct me at this Hotel in West Kelowna BC or my voicemail ************. I am unable to have an email because I need to connect my cell phone to a code I don't feel safe using. Security sensory cameras are around but again I feel they are connecting me too much. I have reported this several times.

This is my Police file#********** with the West Kelowna Police Dep.

I used my phone to scan QR code to pay for parking. I have used this particular lot previously and it asked for my email address and credit card info. I put in email address only and it seemed odd to want my credit card info again so I hit back button on phone and rescanned the QR code. The second time, the app paid for my parking. I later got the following email:

Their website, playwithus.com, advertised pallets sales. You could buy small returns of 8-10 items on sale for like $30. So I got that one and a tool one for another $30. They sent one pair of head phones and a little screw driver that had no brand name, complete bait and switch. Now they won’t give a refund even with me saying I will send it back.

On 2.27.23 I rec'd a phone call from a phone # I didn't recognize. I picked up the call but didn't say anything. The person hung up, then  called back a few hours later. I picked up. This time a male with a deep voice and a possible accent said: "Is this ***** *********"? I said "yes. He immediately hung up. I am kind of worried, as I've heard scammers get the victim to say "yes", and can then use your voice to commit crimes; i.e. purchasing things, as they now have your actual "voice" saying yes. I called the 419 # back numerous times to see if it was an actual company, but the phone would ring once then hang up. I'm very concerned about this. Please investigate, TY

My credit card company emailed me of a possible fraud so I closed my credit card but I had already given  Www.globalentrypermits.com my passport and driver’s license numbers.

The scammer offered a discount of 40% off my monthly Spectrum bill.They offered three months of free service. In exchange for this they asked me to send them $394.94 to balance out the three months of free service.

I received a text from a Mr. Jacobo Gino of GI Groups Associates from 785-214-8270.

I knew this was a scam because I have been here before. I downloaded the signal messenger per text to the number 315-588-6323.

I am not going to answer any other questions from this person. I sure hope others stay aware of jerks out there.

On 10.22.22, my friend reached out from Facebook, then hooked me up with SBA Bank. He offered me an SBA loan, specifically congratulating me on my winnings. His boss is Mr. Frank. I have paid him $995 since then. They kept upgrading me; originally he said I had won $1700, then $2400, then $3500 and now it's $5000. I've been paying signature, government and delay fees by putting bitcoin on my Cashapp. Now, he says I have to pay $215 for government insurance to collect the $5000. He sent a picture which shows the $5000 will be deposited directly into my Cashapp. He asked me if it wouldn't be helpful. He said he has taken charge of my payments, and I will receive the $5000 and there would be no more delays. He told me the other agents had been helping me but that I was blocking them. I have saved texts.

Was looking to buy a maine [censored] cat. Found MJ-Maine C o o n Cattery on FB. Seemed legit--lots of photos, videos, parents of the kittens. However, he was asking for a $500 deposit for a $1200 kitten. Told me he was TICA registered, and was defensive when I asked him for additional information to avoid a scam. I called TICA and there was no cattery under that name, number, or location. He had sent me a falsified TICA certificate. He even had a kitten screening form which seemed legit. I'm surprised at the lengths people will go to scam other people for a few hundred dollars.

We agreed upon a pup. I was to pay $500 then the remaining $300 when shipping and tracking info was provided .

I also received an email from the shipper as well as a phone call from this number 318 467 3481. Abou 20 minted later at which point I'm told I need to pay $1490 for travel insurance or he'll have to be quarantined for 2 months

My husband talked to the shipper

He was told despite that we were not told and the seller abandoned a puppy .

We have a friend in OHIO and asked the shipper to release it to her....in which I was told I couldn't authorize that the shipper had to.

I contacted the seller back.

Advised we did not agree upon this and requested he authorize my friend for pick up..... he said he could not and refused to try

I told him he would need to go get the puppy and he refused and kept insisting I needed to pay the money

Left voicemail telling me to go to rcapay.com and pay off a debt. Not once did they identify themselves or the place of debt nor did they say my name or an amount. They call daily from different numbers all day.
