I'm trying to file this report in the proper way I received a postal card today that says unclaimed reward $100 voucher it does not have a business name on it it does not have a email address or a website it has my name my address a claim number. I entered a lot of sweepstakes over the last month took a lot of online surveys for rewards and I thought that this was legitimate I didn't think anything of it. I called the number that it's posted on the card somebody picked up immediately went through the process and I ended up giving him my banking account information my card number he asked for my birth year in the very beginning of the conversation I gave that to him so he has they have my name they have my bank they have my card number they have my birth year they pretty much have everything it was $1.95 shipping and handling fee to get the card voucher sent to me that's what they were claiming so I don't know what I need to do next he keeps calling I hung up on him after I realized that this wasn't right and he keeps calling back and I blocked the number I told him to stop fishing for more information he got enough out of me and that I was going to report it to the BBB

I feel scammed by Western Union Netspend on September 30 ,2021i inquired about a purchase that was charged on my account the customer representative was in a hurry to turn off my cardand send another one. I received a new cardthd associate saw I was due to have the put back on my card this associate did a claim which meansi have to wait almost 2 months to get what's mine it's not ok. I received a call today on my personal cell phone. It was a robo-call, and the voice said, "Hi this is Joe - from the Customer Service Department. Can you hear me?"

The call was from (704) 769-9563 and the caller ID said it originated from Cherryville, NC

I did not answer and hung up immediately.

Is there anything I should do to help protect my identity? I read that many scammers who use this tactic may already have personal information they are trying to use. I would appreciate any advice you might have. Thank you.
