So I ordered the nose magic tool from their website on March 13, 2023 and it was delivered on March 28, 2023. Because of my busy work schedule I wasn't able to open it until April 13, it broke within the second use. On their site they say they offer a 100 day money back guarantee! So I sent them a email on April 15, 2023 telling them about the product disfunction and how I needed a full refund! It has been over a week and I haven't heard anything back from them, and I've tried to call their number but it does not work! I believe I have been scammed and I need help getting my money back! I have proof of everything I'm saying and would love to show you all the screenshots but your site dosent all me to upload more than one file at a time .
