This is the email I received, first of all I do not have Norton for my service to protect my computer, Also who does a year year program. I did speak with someone and they wanted me to go on to my computer and log in at a website for them to disengage the program on my computer. I did not log into anything with my computer. they state they would not be able to cancel account until I follow there direction on my computer. I know this is a scam and I would hate for these people to pray a pond someone who would be willing to follow there lead. Norton 360 is a great program and I would hate to see there product be tainted due to this. Thank you for your time to look into this and protect people for these scammers.
