I received an email confirmation yesterday regarding a renewal for Norton360 ORDER # ******** as part of renewal. I was billed $159 and to expect this charge on my next account billing. License # *********************. When I called (1-800-556-8107) to cancel this transaction they informed me that they would credit my credit card for $279.99, I asked what credit card is this on and they said my internet provider which is *******. So they wanted my credit card to adjust the credit of $279.99. The tect instructed me to this website BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to apply this credit. I thought that was strange. I went along with the process and the following information was giving to me.

ORDER ID# ******** Cancellation ID - ******** Refund ID - *********** Refund Amount $279.99

UV ID - ******** UV password - ****
