I received an email telling me that Norton was going to charge my credit card for $349.99 for virus protection which I did not have in the first place. I could call their number to cancel and when I did call 1-866-4209-965 I was told that I had to get on my computer and he would tell me how to cancel. I refused to get on my computer and he told me that was the only way to cancel the charge. I called my bank to make sure I was not charged and they told me I wasn't and it was a scam.
