I received an e-mail that states that I was charged $477.00 for a Norton360 subscription. I called the number and the foreign male attempted to gain access to my computer by stating he had to take me through some steps to file a Cancellation Form by removing the unwanted program from my computer. My computer never has the Norton Program installed. The male was very adamant that I hit the allow button giving him access to my entire computer systems including passwords and financial information.
