This business sent me an email today. When I called the number on the invoice to find out where the renewal had been charged, the operator could not give me any personal or financial information. Throughout the call the operator kept offering me services and trying to quote me prices for antivirus protection. The operator promised to refund me but wanted my account for the charges. I asked how would a refunded be provided since he could not tell me what account the charges had been made to. He offered to send me a form to complete to receive a refund. Since they did not provide me any information, I figured this was a phishing scam.
