Received an email stating Thank you for your order and that my account would be charged $310 in 2 business days. I called stating I do not have Norton and I do not want Norton. The man barely spoke English and had someone yelling in the background. He kept telling me to go to my computer so he could track my IP address and cancel my subscription. I said "How can you cancel something I do not have and do not want" He stated yelling at me over and over, "Go to your computer and turn it on so I can get your IP address. If you do not want me to charged you tomorrow morning go get in front of your computer and turn it on". I told him "You charge me and I will call the Better Business Bureau and my lawyer". He hung up after that
