Received an e-mail from "Norton Support" [email protected] regarding an Invoice from the Norton Support Team. It indicates a large sum of money is due and would be debited from our account due to a purchase. Invoice was attached for a Digital Product Norton 360 Premium and was an automatic renewal. If we wanted a refund to call the number. Upon calling the number, there other end wanted to access our computer and then wanted our bank information. Good thing my husband hung up but there is something install on our computer -- Lock My PC and Lock My PC Settings they installed. My husband shut down the computer and we changed passwords immediately. We also lost all our shortcuts set up on the computer.
