The initial email states that your Norton Total Secudrity Plan ended today. Thanks for renewing Nortaon Total Security. you've added a lot of data so we ahave several options for you to consider going forward. It talks about Amount received 199.99 USD, Charged Auto Debit, Order ID:_______, Service: 1 yars of norton total protection with lifelock.

It also has a number to call if you are not read for upgrade. When I called I could tell it was a scam. They wanted to know my account to pay me back for the debit that happened today. No way did they have that info.

It was a definate scam. The person's email address is [email protected]. At the top is says Norton Team 360
