I received an email from Iral Bittinger saying my auto-renewal subscription for Norton 360 Security was charged to my account ($388.17); the email said if I wished to drop this subscription I should call the Billing Department (833-328-0758). I have never had a Norton Security subscription, nor have I ever ordered anything similar from any company - ever.
