Received an email this morning from Norton Secure thanking me for my renewal subscription for LifeLock. I've never ordered LifeLock and when I called the number it was answered by an overseas person. He initially said I did place the order, which I knew was false. I requested it be cancelled immediately. He agreed, but only if he went through my emails to remove the software. I quickly said absolutely not, requested to speak his supervisor, and that I was reporting this invoice and call to the BBB. He caved after calling me a few unkind words, and said I wouldn't be charged.
