I received an email with invoice for $370.56 with Norton antivirus trademark that said "my request has been processed now and the amount has been charged Services has been upgraded Now and for issues with the order to please get in touch with them at 888-203-2945

When I called, they wanted me to go to my computer settings and when I refused, they threatened that this would be the only time I could get this charge reversed and advised me to let them help me with the setting.

I called my credit card and bank and so far, no charges have come through for that amount.
