I received an email about charges for Norton services, i called to cancel and was transferred to someone else other than the person i originally spoke to and they said i had a refund in my bank account for 9999.99 and i actually almost believed them but he told me to go to best buy and target to get a bunch of gift cards and tell him the #;s and take pictures of them and send them to him?? Wow, that doesn't happen my daughter told me it was a scam, they told me they froze my computer, but i turned my computer completely off and had our IT personnel go through my computer and scan it for any malware and delete any software we were not familiar with. and i looked at my account at the bank and that money was not really there, beware of emails and Norton scams.
