I received and email stating my account was charged $250.27 for an annual renewal. They gave the number referenced to call if I wanted to cancel. This happened last year and the person, when I called, tried to get me to allow him to go into my account so they could see if a debit occurred before they could issue a credit.

I did not authorize a subscription for Norton protection. If you deduct money from my account, I will report you to the Better Business Bureau, and you will be hearing from my lawyer. Regardless, I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau.
