I received a bill from Norton@. Protection that I need to pay $489.35. It also tells me it will be transferred from my bank account in 24 hours. I have never ordered any service or product from this company. Don't even know what they do. I think it is a fraud try to fish me. I called the service line got someone speak strong accent I can't understand any. Dropped and called again got someone slightly better so I can understand he want to to submit request to cancel service. I have never requested start any service with them why shall I request to cancel. I will call again try to find what kind of service is recorded under my name if I can get someone speak more understandable.
