I called the phone number provided and they walked me thru unlocking my desktop and getting on ANY DESK. Then asked me to open my bank account online to see if I was getting a message with the REFUND for what I did not want from Norton Pack. I soon closed my bank account - changed my password via my phone while talking to them and also called my bank to alert them what just happend. This was around 12 noon ET. Thank you
