First I was receiving emails stating that I was going to be charged for a Norton antiviral service I never purchased that was supposedly overdue. After maybe a year of these payment requests, the email were now stating that I'm being charged for an upgrade to the the same service that I never purchased.

They claimed they had charged me and I had 24 hours to get a refund. They sent me a form with bbb on it to claim they were certified by you.

I should have known they were a scam with gmail on their address. I am afraid they will hack my bank information via my computer.
