I was just contacting Norton about a payment and inadvertently contacted this company instead. The website positioned itself atop the search for Norton. In seeking services, they tried to take over my computer by asking that i download various software. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I was able to remove the programs and avoid any further problems, but it seemed like the beginnings of a spyware or malware situation.
