They gave me a number to call for a refund on an auto renewed Norton Antivirus subscription. I called and they couldn't and wouldn't tell me anything about the billing, only that they couldn't talk about it as it was being recorded. They wanted me to let them access my computer remotely, but I felt this wasn't legit so I wouldn't do it. They said my refund would only be issued during a 2 hour window which sounded fishy. I repeatedly asked him why they needed to access my computer if they already had my info and he finally responded "to [censored] with you" and hung up.

I copied and pasted the emails below and added a screen shot .
