An email informed me that a subscription for Norton Antivirus was renewed for me and I have not purchased this product. I called the phone number on the "invoice" and a help center individual began asking me to perform specific searches on my laptop. During the session, I noticed another cursor on my screen as well as a new folder being created, but not by me. I immediately shut down my computer. I am very concerned that my personal information is at risk.
