I experienced the same purchased masks in early May. Money taken next day and it is mid July and no product. Just occasionally get email saying it is on the way. Never any tracking number that works. Product seems to potentially coming from China but nothing moves in tracking app.

Made a purchase back in June 3 , 2020 Havent received merchandise {facemasks} money taken from my bank account on July 11 ,2020 received a notice of tracking number and to this date USPS is awaiting the package to be delivered to them . Emails back and forth useless . I feel as though Iam being strung along.The purchase is from 2659796 Ontario with Northwesternbrands as website and contact for email

I ordered five masks, buy 3 get 2 free in early March 2020. They said it would take 1-3 weeks for delivery. I purchased expedited shipping. End result, goods never arrived and my credit card has already been charged and I have already been paid for these items. They keep saying that your order has been processed and shipped and to expect delays due to CoVID19. It is now mid-May 2020 and nothing has been received. I have received ****** orders much faster and on-time if not earlier.
