Truly disgusting company. There is no doubt that this company will break into your car, wrongly tow your car, steal your belongings, and damage your vehicle. Should be shut down. Disgusting that propert management companies allow Northwest Recovery to be partners.

My Wife and I received a call from Northwest Recovery Associates, They informed us that I would be arrested if I did not make a payment today. I told them to serve us with documents and if my wages had to garnished than that it would happen. They hung up on me 3 or 4 times every time I asked them for the company name or location there were calling from. I searched the Company on Google and all that came up were sites about that company scamming people. I did reverse phone look up on both phone numbers. The first number, which is whom I received the call from a woman called Beth is (253) 447-1016 which is a local phone number with same area code as us, when I looked it up in yellow pages it gave me this address for Robert James Simpson 2901 Golden Spring Drive Diamond Bar, CA 91765-1181. The second number is 1-884-278-5698, when I looked that number up it said not in service, but when I called it a message of NRA with a menu choice that only the number 0 worked to connect you to someone. The last time I called I told the person that the call was being recorded even though it wasn't that's how I got the name of company and she said she was out of Florida and that there are locations in Washington state. She said it was a payday loan when I told her that Washington State does not allow payday loans over 700$ she said it was a Bank of America Account that had been sent to collections from a payday loan default made in 2012. She also stated that this is the 4th collection agency to obtain this information that's why he would be arrested. I was at work I called my wife and she told me it was a scam, I might of given them bank numbers if she hadn't told me of this.
