I visited the dealership in person to make a payment, as stipulated in my sales contract, which indicated a total down payment of $1,000. However, I was presented with a charge of $1,500. The location's manager, Drew Guevara, refused to provide a receipt reflecting the accurate balance for my records, stating that it was against policy. When I attempted to escalate the matter by calling his supervisor, I was informed that the supervisor was unavailable and could not assist me.

The following day, I discovered that I had been charged multiple times for my payment. I reached out to Manager Art Garcia, who was unhelpful and insisted that I send him my personal bank records via text message. Naturally, I declined to share such sensitive information.

My experience with this dealership has raised serious concerns about their practices, including attempts to overcharge customers and sell faulty warranties. When I confronted them about these issues, they became defensive. I believe that Northwest Premier Auto Sales warrants an investigation, as their business practices pose a risk of defrauding other members of the community.
