I got a letter in the mail talking about me winning 350k(I did enter contest so I thought things finally paid off) so they sent me a check saying that I was getting 1,800 to deal with taxes from the contest..the check bounced and cleared my accounts out in over draft charges

$350,000 lottery win and a check for $5600 was sent to cover expenses. The phone # given to him was "blocked" and he had to speak with his "claims agent", Ross Hopkins, before depositing the check. He didn't deposit the check.

Got a letter from Northwest Lottery Inc, US office, 54325 Fifth Ave, NY, NY 10013: Pleased to inform us that we've been selected as the winner of the Northwest Lottery Incorporated, we've won $350,000. There is a check for $5,650 with it. There is a form to complete and return: name, address, and phone number. Before I complete the form, I am to call my claims agent, Ross Hopkins, 902-402-1920.
