I received 2 text messages on 8-28 & 8-30-23. They said it was from Northwest asking to verify purchases of $402.28. I followed the directions to stop payment & clicked on the link. Then entered the requested info- SS#, user ID & password. I didn't get a confirmation # so I called Northwest customer service #. Spoke with rep. He was unable to find either purchases for $402,28. He said the only recent activity was 2 transfers for $1450 to another account. I didn't initiate this transfer/had knowledge. He recommended changing my ID logon & password. I tried this, but my phone # was changed so unable to get confirmation code, Rep helped me change phone # so I was able to change ID & password. I stopped @ the bank in AM & filed a dispute & fraud alert.

Phone calls from legitimate bank number with foreign man desperately trying to get my bank card numbers and to verify made up purchases. Reported to my bank but nothing has been done .
