This supposed scammer is using multiple PO boxes for the same business across the United States. They will send possibly automated letters to people that have closed on houses. They are asking for date of birth, Full names and phone numbers( they already have this ****, how could they send a letter otherwise), they do have active cease and desist order’s from New Hampshire and other states ( obviously violated ). Using multiple and changing PO boxes for one business is a dead giveaway of fraud. Since they’re advertising mortgage life insurance, I would now call this insurance fraud and mortgage fraud.
