I purchased 2 items from them. It took 5 weeks to get after being told 10 days. I finally got the item and it was very poor quality. I have requested a refund 8 times thru email and they keep trying to send me new products. They are refusing to refund me my money. Now they aren't responding to my emails.

On 11-17-22 I placed an order for 3 heated jackets that states it is advertised on Forbes, vogue etc for having the number 1 heated jacket in the USA!!! Warmsty 4.0 heated jacket that lasts more than 12 plus hours of heat. After multiple emails of asking. Where my package was and that I wanted a refund, they stated they would send me gloves as a sign of good token for shipping taking so long last week. I never revived a refund after multiple asking. TODAY 12-19-22 the package finally arrived with my heated jackets WITHOUT BATTERIES! My package arrived outside of their 30 day money back guarantee and with %100 satisfaction guaranteed with I clearly am not. They are selling coats for > $150-$300 coats and they highly advertise all this 12 hours of heating but they don’t advertise they they don’t include the batteries. No where does it say you package will arrive over a month. I ordered these for a birthday 12-15 which they clearly did NOT arrive for.. they gave false hope of heated gloves to make up for poor shipping times. I have sent over 7 emails asking for refunds on shipping and now overall package without receiving.
