This company is selling items that are counterfeit and makes it impossible to return an item that was unused. I was unaware the item was not authentic when I purchased the item. I tried to return it right away and they have been giving me a huge run around ( asking me to measure the item, send pictures, pay for shipping). The website said hassle free returns and their address is initially based in the US on their website: 201 East 5th Street suite 1000 . Sheridan, WY 82801. So I thought I was “safe” to order from this site. Now the company has claimed multiple times that the shipping cost are too expensive for the company to pay for a return label. They are asking me to pay the return shipping (which is the same amount I paid for the item) to this address : Name: Maay L

This company is a total scam. I am worried that they have my credit card information and that others will fall for their unscrupulous business practices.
