I received any email to renew Norton but have never signed up for it. I called the Billing Department listed on the email invoice (Massachusetts phone number). It was Technical Support for Northern Technical Services. After three calls, they would not pass me to the billing department. They could not tell me when I signed up for this service and any information of mine on file. The gentleman said he was from Sri Lanka and did not have to tell me any thing on my own account. He hung up twice after I told him to cancel my services> I did not share any person information or bank or credit details but want to avoid any charges. Plus, I dont use the email address that I received the original email invoice for anything I do business with.
