I got a letter and a check from Northern America Millionaire Sweepstakes, 2-805 Madison St, Seattle, Washington, 98104, signed by James Atliats. The letter says to call 437-855-8040 for further instructions and to validate the check. I called him and he asked me to verify my mailing address. It says the check is written to cover initiating fees and taxes have to be paid first before they can release the winnings. I took it to my credit union and gave it to them. This is the second check I've received. The first check I received, for $13,274.36, expired before I deposited it. I enter a lot of contests. My Credit Union told me to check it out further before I decide to deposit it.
