I was contact by Jessica Sanders at 844-325-1703 and ultimately handled by Les Matthews to collect Debt of $441.25 from 7/8/2016. They collected 3 pymts from me and advised a verification letter was to be sent via mail after final pymt on 7/21/2017. This never happed. Now the debt is on my credit. They were not the actual collector. They had all my personal information. I called back on 11/20/2019. They same persons are still there and have stated they sent me a verification letter on 8/21/2017 and could re-send it today. THAT never happened. NOBODY at this business will or can help you. North Alliance Group A.K.A NAM LLC A.K.A. NAG Services. Someone is selling our personal information for them to call with exact dates and amounts owed. ALWAYS GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR!
