North Point Regency, originally posing as Tri-West USA from the same business location/address, is responsible for losing 10 months of mortgage payments I was making to the agency (originally to Tri-West USA, but then I found out it was a fraudulent business entity, and by the time I had found out, the "business" had changed its name to North Point Regency). I was told the mortgage payments I was making would be going to my actual mortgage company, Rushmore Mortgage. After 10 months of making payments, I was told by North Point Regency/Tri-West USA that they were not aware of any payments being made. At that point, I was worried and panicked at the fact that the money I had been paying could have potentially been stolen, for a significant period of time.

Same thing has happened to me as all those who've previously shared their experience. Don't go with this company!

I was called to refinance my to a lower rate and that we were contracted to do this for Fannie Mae. I was told I would be accepted and start making my house payments to them even though the refinance had no cost to me. So my wife and started Making the payments to them (4) payments. I was not being updated on progress and no calls. That is when my wife started researching north point and found they had so many similar complaints. This cause me to seek medical attention. Ever since they have been telling me that everything is okay, but six months later still no refinance.

Same thing has happened to me. I have given them 4 checks of $1931 and they kept telling us they are waiting on an investor, 5 months later still waiting for the loan. I may lose my house because of these [censored]. I have reported to the BBB and Fannie Mae no luck so far.

Called me offering a loan remodifiction. Provided post dated checks and all my personal information. After an unsuccessful search for information, I began to feel very uncomfortable. No info whatsoever on ScamPulse.com website.
