My wife and I both received checks for $1,200.00 to enter into a “E-BAY ONLINE (DIGITAL) E-GIFT CARDS EVALUATION.” This came in the mail from USPS as a “priority” mail envelope. We both received the same check and letter that is accompanied. The letter explains to deposit the check immediately in order the gain online gift cards. The letter states to “send a text message to your Personal/Batch Supervisor...” when you have deposited the check and give your supervisor the deposit receipt. We didn’t follow through. I imagine this check would just bounce or deposit today and then bounce tomorrow, therefore the money would be subtracted from your current balance.
