The scratch off flier I received by mail said that I won a free 4k 56 in flatscreen tv. The scratch off and the flier confirmed that I won the tv. I called the dealership that ran this promotion and they confirmed by phone that I won and I could come in and get my prize. I go to the dealership to claim my prize, and instead they take my information and try to make deals to buy my truck I just purchased. I told them no, and they said I get a gift card, no tv. The flier that they sent out to me said otherwise. Specifically said tv and there was a diagram that also indicated I won a tv. No confusion or misinterpretation. This was a ploy to get me in and take my information from me and then didn’t deliver on their promises. This is a scam and am requesting it to be looked in to. You can’t tell people they won something and then take their private info and send them out the door.
