because I had filled out applications for an emergency loan, I was notified by north bank that I had qualified to receive one from them. they said all the required was the insurance money up front which than turned into I needed to send my state tax. I am now out $300 and they will not take anymore of my phone calls. I have placed a report with money gram and hope they are stopped before they get away with robbing other people.
