I received in the mail a letter from North American Financial Services stating that my phone number matched the first 5 numbers in the winners category. They indicate that my award is USD $ 250,000.00 and they have been contracted by Multi-State Gaming Association to notify me and assist in processing my claim. They included an advance payment in the amount of $4,620.00 to assist with tax,insurance and handling which would be $4,000.00. The check is a T D Bank cashiers check which I will be taking to my nearest T D Bank to let them know this is being done and to see if it is real. The claims officer listed is James Peterson with phone # 1-437-772-7419. I am to contact him and give him a pin # that was assigned to me. Also the senders name and address on the envelope is from Enercare Home Services 80 Allstate Parkway, Markham, ON L3R 6H3
