I bought what I thought was this very nice brown leather wallet from Normest-store.com. It took way longer than they said & when it arrived it was orange & hideous! It looks nothing like what they advertise! It’s junk!!!! On their site it says fast & easy returns, but there is absolutely no way to contact customer service! There is a link that takes you nowhere! It’s a complete scam!

Incredibly disappointing experience with this company. Ordered Christmas gifts on December 2nd and have yet to receive them. Company tries to blame the postal service yet there have been no issues receiving other gifts or mail. When I reached out to the company with my concerns I received a generic answer telling me to keep checking the shipping information. Tracking the package shows no helpful information about where the item is located and Christmas is in 3 days. I reached out two additional times asking for support and help locating the destination of my package and received no response despite the company website claiming they respond within 2 business days. Overall, horrible experience and I would never recommend anybody ordering items from this site.

They sell wallets and keychains online. They did not provide a real, legitimate tracking number. Only a fake number where I can’t see if the product has been truly shipped, as they claimed. There is no customer service number linked to their website. They have created multiple websites in the past and they remove them or create new ones once they get so many negative reviews, exploiting their scams.

I ordered a wallet which was supposed to come with the AirTag in it…came without the air tag inside the wallet so I ordered the AirTag separately and then it came with plastic inside the AirTag instead of the apple. I emailed them and have heard nothing back so I’m assuming this is a scam. They’re website id still up.
