Sweepstakes winning number & cancelled check. Person I spoke to was a Mr. Michael 1-315-367-4472. Two checks was sent to me by Mr. Michael from Norman D. Neely a $4000.00 each to out people, I sent the checks but I told Mr. Michael not to deposit until 29th because bank said they are out of state, so under my acct. They placed under ledger under $8000.00. He said the people I am sending them to will hold them but still send them the $8000.00 was declined by my bank and the checks they cash because they did not hold them. My bank debit of $174.00 & reason why my $8000.00 chks. I can't have.
