Contacted this business for a refrigerator repair. He came to our home and quoted $150 to fix the refrigerator with $75 paid on the spot and $75 to be paid when the work was completed the next week. He was a no-show to the appointment. He eventually answered the phone and rescheduled for the next day. The next day, he was a no-show and rarely answered his phone. When he did answer, he made excuses to push the time later and later until he stopped answering his phone altogether. Will not refund our $75 or complete the work.

We hired this company to fix our ice maker in our freezer. The initial contact was great, timely service, but then needed to order a part and charged us. “Mickey” kept saying he was coming and scheduling days to come install it and he never showed up and cashed our check. It’s been weeks and he will not answer. This has happened to a ton of people in the area. Just search “Norfolk Appliance Repair” on next door to see other victims.
