This business is representing itself by using the "N" used by Nordstrom stores to make it appear as though you're shopping with a Nordstrom store or affiliate. When you receive your order confirmation the bottom of the confirmation it alleges that the communication is coming from "Nordstrom Outlet." I got curious because on my Paypal transaction you can see that the Payee is out of the country, i.e., China, Japan or some other Asian entity. So, I researched online whether there is a Nordstrom Outlet once I saw my PayPal receipt. It turns out that Nordstrom's only other entity is NordstromRack. There is no Nordstrom Outlet. Therefore this online advertising as an affiliated entity of Nordstrom is a scam. Had I know that this was something other than a Nordstrom affiliate, I would not have purchased anything from that site.
