We were communicating via text and email. I was adviced to come in 10minures before the appointment. I've been calling and texting a lady named. Karen Thompson...cell. 650 207 0126 and emailing her at norcalcryoslimsc@gmail.com...i waited 15mins after my appointment time and didn't hear from her at all. There was no signage of her business outside the door...the stared address is a completely business. Please stop this scammers.
