So sorry for the trouble we caused to you. To offer a refund of 4usd as compensation is the most we can do, if you refuse, we accept a return but customers should pay for the shipping fee as well as customs clearence fee if it has.

It seems we have a misunderstanding. The item that I'm returning arrived damaged/broken,& since I'm sending it back in the condition it arrived in, 15% is unacceptable (as per the Return & Refund policy on your web site)- the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. And since I am paying a shipping fee, there should not be any deductions in the refund amount owed ($5.99 USD),which is the cost of the item.

Good afternoon Sir/Madam

I've ordered two items previously,and just returned home from vacation. The contents have been delivered while I was away,and to my surprise, not only are the merchandise displayed is smaller than expected, but one of the flowers arrived broken & the piece that had been broken off is not even inside of the wrapped paper and plastic it was shipped in. Please rectify this issue.

This website and its products are a ripoff. I was not happy and asked for my money back. Their site takes photos from pottery barn and uses them as their own product photos. I ordered a eucalyptus wreath that was supposed to have large silver leaf eucalyptus, lambs ear, and lavender. norassj.com/products/eucalyptus-and-lavender-wreath-summer-spring-wreaths-for-fr... - What I received was nothing like what was on their site. It’s so fake and plastic looking and STINKS like mold. It’s put together with white ziplock ties. I wrote them and said I wasn’t happy with what they sent me, and it looked nothing like what I ordered on their site. They said they would not give me my money back because it would not cover shipping and they said they would only give me $10 in return. I found the same exact photo of the product I ordered from norassJ on pottery barn, Etsy, and other high-end stores: twoinspireyou.com/products/farmhouse-eucalyptus-wreath I ordered it Nov 28, 2021 and I didn’t receive it until 1/8/22. Just fake by all means. Do not buy from here it’s all fake.

I ordered from NORASSJ.COM a nice large halloween wreath for the front door. This wreath was supposed to have a scary mask of the clown Pennywise surrounded by a ruffles made of mesh, it was the “Creepy Clown Pennywise Wreath Halloween Mesh Wreaths”.

What I got was a small round cushion made of fabric printed with the image of the wreath and a cord to hang it. Yes a print on a piece of cloth, a cushion and it cost $45.99.

The website is very nice with beautiful products but that is not what you get. The website looks real, tasteful and safe. It offers many ways of paying including online payment systems like PayPal. Nothing in this website would make you think is a scam. But for some reason I kept feeling that I had been scammed. The website looks like an American Website, later though you find out it is from China and the person that collected money is also from China. After I had bought and couldn’t do anything i checked it out to see if this site was legit or scam. I found out that the website was rated very low (1 out of 100) and that the information that they found about this site was suspicious and probably a scam. In fact in these websites it was rated as “probably a scam”.

I went back to the website and my product is no longer in there but they continue to sell many products like mine specially for the holidays “thanksgiving, christmas, halloween too I will probably loose the money,they don’t scam you you to come back and reimbursed you the money. I have read they don’t reimburse the money,. BEWARE NORASSJ.COM IS A FRAUD, A SCAM.
