I ordered dresses from Noracora with a credit card from a “little used” USAA credit card. Weeks later, I received a call from, supposedly, USAA stating fraud on my card and could I provide the PIN number. I asked if I could call back to verify and the caller, who had all my credit card information, became entirely too persistent about the PIN number, got angry and finally hung up on me. Turns out USAA never called me and there was no red flags of a fraud so I cancelled the card. Later I received the dresses which turned out to be just big tee shirts impersonating dresses. I cannot get in touch with Noracora to return or even discuss. I found out through USAA that I was charged through Chickv unlimited in the UK instead (in person) but I’ve never been there. The card was keyed in manually. I am disputing the charges and want to send the merchandise back but cannot talk to a person or find legit contact numbers. This is definitely a scam company on a lot of criminal levels.
