I was offered a sample about six months ago. I tried to stop delivery immediately after receiving the product. I emailed the nootropic people at the address I ordered it from, because I am disabled and do not speak. My email was returned, No Such Address. Then I get an email from these people saying "Don't worry! Your shipment is on it's way!" so I replied back...NO STOP I don't want this!" Again the package arrived, and I wrote "REFUSED Did NOT Order" and returned the item. Next month, the same thing. I told my bank that these people were draining my account, and PLEASE do not give them. The lady at the bank said she would try to stop them from raising my bank account, but I should find their phone number. There wasn't a phone number! Finally, I ordered a new credit card, and the bank destroyed the old one. A month later my bank sent me an email that there was a problem with my account, because this company was trying to take money from my account...and couldn't. Now I'm worried that Nootropic MindTech..or whoever they are..will mess with my credit. I lost over $500 because I could not find a legitimate contact to HALT the deliveries. AVOID THIS COMPANY! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I was not the only person complaining!

They say it is a free sample just pay shipping .After about 2 weeks you get charged for it 89.94 .Now they have sent me an E mail saying another order is on the way .I have tried to contact them in a message but on answer .I wrote them and said that I didn't place an order through Email but they are sending it anyway .

I purchased 1 bottle of Mind Tech from Nootropic. I did not reorder and was charged $89.94 for another bottle which I did not order. There are no phone numbers or customer service from Nootropic. I checked all my paperwork and I never order anything additional.

I ordered a free trial of mind tech and mood tech March 2020. After free trial the company continued to bill me $179.86 a month without authorization I ordered a free trial of mind tech and mood tech August 2020. after free trial the company continued to bill me $179.86.

I stopped my card due to seeing on line in your better business scams on the older people trying to try a product to help remembering problems being billed 4 months 179.86.SEP 30 DEBIT CARD PURCHASE -GOLDENEGOSPASHOPPECO $89.94

SEP 30 DEBIT CARD PURCHASE -GOLDENEGOHEALTHBOOST $89.92 uses a different name billing. googled it and saw some foreign named company's so think its a large scam to bilk senior citizens like myself. I still work and feel sorry for seniors on a fixed budget that this company bilks out of there small monthly check they may get. Lessons learned.

I signed up for this supplement called Mind Tech because they were advertising risk free trial pay only shipping. I received the product yesterday and tried it today. I got really sick from the pills and so I tried to email the company just in case I have to send the product back. When I first ordered this product, I spoke to a Dan Shields and he had emailed me the email address [email protected] so I tried sending him an email but the email kept bouncing back saying that the email does not exist. So then I went back on the website and found a customer service number. I called it using a google number and someone picked up. The person I spoke to is Aya badge #540. Apparently they had set up an account with automatic payment and delivery without me even knowing. I told her to remove my information, which she said she did. I am still reporting the business because after the email incident I don't really trust the company. Although the woman on the phone said she removed my information, I am still skeptical and wanted to make sure I have a paper trail of this incident.
