For two months or more I am receiving at all hours of the day a pre-recorded message. It comes up either as a local call or as "private." This female voice with a business sounding voice states the same message of "This is your last phone call to reduce your interest rates on your credit card." Then gives options with numbers to be entered. If you don't pick up, the message from a male voice states "Unknown Response." They have called both my landline & my mobile phone. I accidentally picked up on this caller on my cell at work one day when the number showed up as local (concerned it might have something to do with my elderly parents). It immediately went into a live, different female voice. The voice was friendly and stated "Finally! I have been trying to get ahold of you one last time to decrease your interest rate on your credit card. Let me tell you about it." And, then proceeded to talk very fast with a scripted message. I hung up, as I have heard that any response of "Yes" to your name from other phishing reports could be recorded and used to bill you for something not wanted. By the way - I am on the "Do Not Call" registry for both phones, but seem to be receiving more than ever.
