Originally I ordered BÆRSkin 3-in-1 (Hoodie 4.0 + Rain Jacket 2.0) both XL. I was sent the incorrect size(Large) for the Hoodie. Emailed them " I ordered the hoodie in XL and rain jacket in XL. The rain jacket is XL but the hoodie is Large. The packaging says XL but the hoodie inside is only a Large. I would like it to be replaced with an XL". They responded,

"Hi Michael,

Thank you for contacting us about your order. We're sorry to learn that the received product is not matching with your order.

Rest assured, we take full responsibility for any errors that may occur.

To help us resolve this quickly, could you please send us a photo of the product label or size sticker that was delivered?

This will allow us to confirm the issue and ensure we provide a satisfactory solution.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to resolving this for you.

Best regards,

MJ "

Hugterra is a scam product coming from China, under the guise of being a US product company. It’s pushed by fake Doctors on Social Media, one of which is named Daniel L. Abrams M.D. The video testimonials are convincing, showing patients using the product for their neck pain. After not receiving the product in the time frame given for express delivery, I started digging and came across numerous other people that said they never received their product. The phone number on the website just rings with no answer and the phone number on my bank statement, for the charge, is disconnected. I sent emails to the company, which they replied saying they’ve escalated my request…it’s still in shipment, etc and still no product 3 weeks after I ordered. When you search for their address on their website, it’s actually a completely different company called Harvard Business Services, obviously NOT Hugterra. Even the ScamPulse.com website has said that mail was returned saying this is a registered agent address, not the business address. So, needless to say, this scam company needs to be shut down so no one else gets taken advantage of. And while you’re at it, check into this ******* ******** ******** *o see what they have to gain from this ridiculous scheme!

I purchased two pairs of eyeglasses through their website. I was provided a tracking number the tracking, then hit a dead end. I contacted support they told me there was nothing more that they could do and that they were going to recover more money from me if I wanted a resolution to this problem.

Order Feb 10…never arrived, no shipping info. No answer to email or WhatsApp message linked thru the website. Site had a TrustedSite verification but it’s clearly a scam. The address is used by a number of websites, sometimes with a suite number even though it’s actually a three bedroom twin house. Amex refunded me immediately, a further indication this is a scam site.
