Initially saw an ad in Facebook reels for dresses with built in shorts and clicked learn more. The ad took me to a website https://nomuamu.com/ to complete my purchase. I received a confirmation or payment email but never received any additional information - no shipment confirmation, no tracking number, nothing after the confirmation of payment. I submitted a dispute with the company cshelp.vip and received no follow-up from them.
