I saw an ad on social media for a closet organizer, on sale for $50 including shipping. I placed the order on May 1 and was immediately sent a confirmation email and an order number. After 2 weeks I emailed with my order number, asking for an update on shipping. 2 days later I received a reply that said they could not offer a tracking number but my product was on the way. Since then I have contacted them via email several times with no response. The last time I tried to email about the order my email was bounced back, saying it was an invalid domain. Unless my bank will refund the money to me, I'm out $50.
